FASTING BROTHERS are men who commit to fasting one day a week in conjunction with their parish's Seven Sisters group, exclusively offered for the intention of their pastor. Sunday is excluded since it is the Lord's Day and not a day of penance. Each man chooses what type of fast he will offer on his day each week. The fast should be sacrificial. 

Fasting Brothers is a group of men who commit to fasting one day a week in conjunction with the parish's seven sisters apostolate. Sunday is an exemption as we are not to fast on Solemnities or Sundays. We are also in need of men to committ to fasting in conjunction with the seven sisters apostolate, please contact the parish office if you are interested.
