Director of Faith Formation
St. Joseph Parish, Key West and Holy Family Parish, New Melleray seek a full time Director of Faith Formation.  This position is responsible for facilitating the development of faith within the linked parishes for youth, young adults, and adults. The ideal candidate will be in good standing with the Catholic Church and possess strong creative, organizational and communication skills.  The ideal candidate will posses a Masters in Theology, however, we will gladly consider applicants with a BA in Education, or similar degree or certification.  Compensation includes 401k, dental, and life insurance paid by the employer as well as employer contribution to health care and a generous paid time off program.  Annual salary based on qualifications $32,000 - $39,000 / year.  The parishes are willing to assist the ideal candidate in achieving higher levels of education and/or certification.
